Option 1): Get your invite client link:
Go to business.halth.com
Go to the Connections tab on the left
Click the “Click invites” tab
Then press “Invite individual clients” This will give you a link that you can send individually to each client.
Share this with all of your clients!
You can share this link with any of your new / existing clients
By doing so you will prompt them to collect their health fund and card details
Option 2): Auto-inviting clients to HaltH
The easiest way to get your clients signed up is to let HaltH do it for you. With auto-invites enabled, HaltH will automatically send each client an invite 24 hours before their appointment, prompting them to sign up and enter their details before they arrive.
To turn it on:
Go to Settings
Select Client Invites
Toggle on Auto Invite
That's it. From that point on, any client with an upcoming appointment will receive an invite the day before, with no manual action needed from your team.
