How to claim nib extras with HaltH

What you’ll need

• Your HaltH invoice (also sent via SMS and email after payment).

• Your nib login details (member number + password).

Option A — Claim via the nib App (fastest)

1. Open the nib App and log in.

2. Tap Claims from the main navigation.

3. Tap Make a claim.

4. Pick a category for your HaltH service

5. Upload your HaltH invoice.

6. Review and tap Submit claim.

7. nib will confirm once processed (processing times vary).

Option B — Claim via the nib Online Member Account

1. Log in to your nib member account.

2. From the top navigation, select Claim now.

3. Pick the category for your service (e.g., Physio/Chiro/Osteo, Psychology).

4. Upload your HaltH invoice.

5. Ensure the document is clear and readable.

6. Submit your claim and wait for nib’s confirmation.
