Your bank details saved in myHBF for benefits to be deposited.
Option A — Claim via the myHBF App (recommended)
Log in to your myHBF App
Tap Make a health claim
Confirm payment account
Check your Claims direct credit bank account is correct → Next.Answer compensation question
Select Yes/No (e.g., motor vehicle/workplace injury).Choose claim type: Tap Extras.
Select the service category
Upload your HaltH invoice
Review & declare
Check the summary, read the declaration, and confirm your bank details.Agree & submit
Tap Agree and submit claim. You’ll receive in-app/email confirmation.Processing & payment
Option B — Claim via myHBF online
Log in to the myHBF online portal
Tap Make a claim on the home screen.
Choose Extras, then the specific service that matches your appointment
Add claim details
Upload your HaltH invoice
Confirm bank details for benefit payment.
Review and tap Submit claim. You’ll get a confirmation in the app/email.
