What you'll need
Your HaltH receipt (also sent by SMS and email after payment).
Your Defence Health membership details.
Submit a claim through the Defence Health member portal
Go to defencehealth.com.au and sign in to your member portal.
Select Submit a claim.
Upload your HaltH receipt.
