# How to claim Defence Health extras with your HaltH receipt

Defence Health isn't connected to HaltH yet. Download your HaltH receipt, then claim through the Defence Health app or member portal.

Defence Health isn't connected to HaltH yet, so your practice can't claim it on the spot. You pay the full fee and claim the benefit back from Defence Health using your HaltH receipt. Here's how.

## What you'll need

-   Your [HaltH receipt](https://app.halth.com/) (also sent by SMS and email after payment).
    
-   Your Defence Health membership details.
    

## Submit a claim through the Defence Health member portal

1.  Go to [defencehealth.com.au](https://www.defencehealth.com.au) and sign in to your member portal.
    
2.  Select **Submit a claim**.
    
3.  Upload your HaltH receipt.
