How to claim Medibank extras with HaltH

What you'll need

  • Your HaltH invoice (also sent via SMS and email after payment).

  • Your Medibank login details (member number + password).

Option A — Claim via the My Medibank App (fastest)

  1. Open the My Medibank App and log in.

  2. Tap Claims from the home screen.

  3. Tap Make a claim.

  4. Select the service type: physiotherapy, chiropractic, osteopathy, etc

  5. Upload your HaltH invoice. Make sure it’s clear and readable.

  6. Review your claim details and tap Submit claim.

  7. Medibank will confirm once processed (processing times vary).

Option B — Claim via Medibank Online Member Services

  1. Log in to your Medibank online account.

  2. Go to Claims → Make a claim.

  3. Select the service type: physiotherapy, chiropractic, osteopathy, etc

  4. Upload your HaltH invoice.

  5. Check your details, then submit.
