How to claim Bupa extras with HaltH

What you'll need

  • Your HaltH invoice (also sent via SMS and email after payment).

  • Your myBupa login details (email/member number + password).

Option A — Claim via the myBupa App (fastest)

  1. Open the myBupa App and log in.

  2. Tap Claims from the bottom menu.

  3. Tap Make a claim.

  4. Select the service type: Physio/Chiro/Osteo, etc..

  5. Upload your HaltH invoice

  6. Confirm your details and tap Submit claim.

  7. Bupa will send confirmation once processed.

Option B — Claim via Bupa Online Member Services

  1. Log in to your myBupa online account.

  2. Navigate to Claims → Submit a claim.

  3. Select the service category (e.g., Physio, Chiro, Osteo).

  4. Upload your HaltH invoice.

  5. Review and submit your claim.

  6. Wait for Bupa’s confirmation email or portal notification.
