How to claim HCF extras with HaltH

What you'll need

• Your HaltH invoice (also sent via SMS and email after payment).

• Your HCF login details (member number + password).

Option A — Claim via the HCF My Membership App (fastest)

1. Open the HCF My Membership App and log in.

2. Tap Claims in the bottom menu.

3. Tap Make a claim.

4. Select the relevant service type (e.g., Physio, Chiro, Osteo, Psychology).

5. Upload your HaltH invoice.

6. Review and submit your claim.

7. HCF will confirm once processed.

Option B — Claim via HCF Online Member Services

1. Log in to your HCF online member account.

2. Go to Claims → Make a claim.

3. Select your service type. (e.g., Physio, Chiro, Osteo, Psychology)

4. Upload your HaltH invoice.

5. Review the claim and submit.

6. Wait for HCF’s confirmation email or portal update.
