How to claim HCF extras with your HaltH receipt

HCF isn't connected to HaltH yet, so your practice can't claim it on the spot. You pay the full fee and claim the benefit back from HCF using your HaltH receipt. Here's how.

What you'll need

• Your HaltH invoice (also sent via SMS and email after payment).

• Your HCF login details (member number and password).

Option A: Claim in the HCF My Membership app (fastest)

1. Open the HCF My Membership app and log in.

2. Tap Claims in the bottom menu.

3. Tap Make a claim.

4. Select the service type (for example physio, chiro, osteo or psychology).

5. Upload your HaltH invoice.

6. Review and submit your claim.

7. HCF will confirm once it's processed.

Option B: Claim through HCF Online Member Services

1. Log in to your HCF online member account.

2. Go to Claims → Make a claim.

3. Select your service type (for example physio, chiro, osteo or psychology).

4. Upload your HaltH invoice.

5. Review the claim and submit.

6. Wait for HCF's confirmation email or portal update.
