How to claim ahm extras with HaltH

Step-by-step guide to claim ahm extras for your HaltH appointments. Download your HaltH invoice and submit via the ahm App or Online Member Services

What you'll need

  • Your HaltH invoice (also sent via SMS and email after payment).

  • Your ahm login details (member number + password).

Option A — Claim via the ahm app

  1. Log in to the ahm mobile app and go to the ‘Claims’ tab.

  2. Select ‘Start claim’.

  3. If there is more than one person on your policy, you’ll need to select who received the service.

  4. Enter the service, provider name or number and claim details including the date of the service, item number and amount paid. (This is all available in your invoice)

  5. Upload your HaltH Invoice

  6. Submit your claim

Option B — Claim via the ahm online portal

  1. Log in to your account and go to ‘Make a claim’.

  2. Select the service you want to claim for from the list and select 'Start claim'

  3. Enter the provider name or number, who went, the date of the service, item number and the amount paid. (This is all available in your invoice)

  4. Upload your HaltH Invoice

  5. Submit your claim
