What you’ll need

  • Your HaltH invoice (also sent via SMS and email after payment).

  • Australian Unity membership details and bank account.

Claim via the Australian Unity member portal

  1. Log into your Online Member Services account.

  2. Click ‘Make a claim’ and select ‘Extras services’.

  3. Select your type of service

  4. Upload your HaltH invoice.

  5. Click Submit.
