  • Your HaltH invoice (also sent via SMS and email after payment).

  • Police Health membership details and bank account.

Claim via the Police Health member portal

  1. Log in to the Police Health member portal.

  2. Select Submit a claim.

  3. Upload your HaltH invoice.

  4. Click Submit.
