What you'll need
Your HaltH invoice (also sent via SMS and email after payment).
Your St Luke's Health membership details and bank account.
Claim through the St Luke's Health member portal
Log in to the St Luke's Health member portal.
Select Submit a claim.
Upload your HaltH invoice.
Select Submit.
