How to claim St Luke’s Health extras with HaltH

What you’ll need

• Your HaltH invoice (also sent via SMS and email after payment).

• St Luke’s Health membership details and bank account.

Claim via the St Luke’s Health member portal

1. Log in to the St Luke’s Health member portal.

2. Select Submit a claim.

3. Upload your HaltH invoice.

4. Click Submit.
