What you'll need
Your HaltH invoice (also sent via SMS and email after payment).
Your Health Partners membership details and bank account.
Claim through the Health Partners member portal
Log in to the Health Partners member portal.
Select Submit a claim (or the claim option shown).
Upload your HaltH invoice.
Select Submit.
