What you’ll need

  • Your HaltH invoice (also sent via SMS and email after payment).

  • Health Partners membership details and bank account.

Claim via the Health Partners member portal

  1. Log in to the Health Partners member portal.

  2. Select Submit a claim (or the claim option as shown).

  3. Upload your HaltH invoice.

  4. Click Submit.
