What you'll need
Your HaltH invoice (also sent via SMS and email after payment).
Your Phoenix Health Fund membership details and bank account.
Claim through the Phoenix Health Fund member portal
Log in to the Phoenix Health Fund member portal.
Select Submit a claim (or the equivalent option).
Upload your HaltH invoice.
Select Submit.
