What you'll need
Your HaltH invoice (also sent via SMS and email after payment).
Your Mildura Health Fund membership details and bank account.
Claim through the Mildura Health Fund member portal
Log in to the Mildura Health Fund Online Member Services portal.
Select Submit a claim.
Upload your HaltH invoice.
Select Submit.
