What you’ll need
Your HaltH invoice (also sent via SMS and email after payment).
Health Care Insurance membership details and bank account.
Claim via the Health Care Insurance member portal
Log in to the Health Care Insurance member portal.
Select Submit a claim.
Upload your HaltH invoice.
Click Submit.
