Your HaltH invoice (also sent via SMS and email after payment).
Reserve Bank Health Society membership details and bank account.
Claim via the Reserve Bank Health Society member portal
Log in to the Reserve Bank Health Society member portal.
Select Submit a claim.
Upload your HaltH invoice.
Click Submit.
