What you’ll need

  • Your HaltH invoice (also sent via SMS and email after payment).

  • OneMediFund membership details and bank account.

Claim via the OneMediFund member portal

  1. Log in to the OneMediFund member portal.

  2. Select Submit a claim.

  3. Upload your HaltH invoice.

  4. Click Submit.
