Payment Transaction and Reconciliation Using HaltH

Step 1: Open Client's Appointment

  • Open the appointment of the client you just finished with.

Step 2: Verify Payment Method

  • Check if the client has a credit card attached to their profile from the Health online booking.

  • If not, obtain their payment details by:

    • Manually entering their credit card information.

    • Using the HaltH tap app to capture their card details.

Step 3: Process Payment

  • Click on the 'Pay with Health' button.

  • The HaltH checkout screen will appear.

Step 4: Complete Transaction

  • Click 'Complete Transaction'.

  • If there is health funding in the transaction - ask the client to provide the two-factor authentication code sent to them.

Step 5: Reconcile Payment

  • After the payment is confirmed, click on the 'Reconcile with HaltH' button.

  • This will automatically set up the payment and invoice in Cliniko.
