Step 1: Open Client's Appointment
Open the appointment of the client you just finished with.
Step 2: Verify Payment Method
Check if the client has a credit card attached to their profile from the Health online booking.
If not, obtain their payment details by:
Manually entering their credit card information.
Using the HaltH tap app to capture their card details.
Step 3: Process Payment
Click on the 'Pay with Health' button.
The HaltH checkout screen will appear.
Step 4: Complete Transaction
Click 'Complete Transaction'.
If there is health funding in the transaction - ask the client to provide the two-factor authentication code sent to them.
Step 5: Reconcile Payment
After the payment is confirmed, click on the 'Reconcile with HaltH' button.
This will automatically set up the payment and invoice in Cliniko.
