1. Access Booking Settings
Navigate to the home page.
Click on 'Booking Settings' to access the configuration options.
2. Open Booking Form Section
Locate and open the 'Booking Form' section within the booking settings.
3. Enable Client Notes
Find the option to allow clients to add notes during the booking process.
Enable this setting to let clients include any additional information.
4. Require Payment Method
Locate the setting for requiring a payment method.
Enable this option to capture credit card details from clients during the final step of the booking.
5. Configure Cancellation Policy
Set your cancellation policy to charge 100% of the fee if a client cancels within 24 hours.
6. Enable Auto Charge (Optional)
Note that auto charge is initially off.
If desired, enable auto charge to automatically charge clients 24 hours after booking, in accordance with your cancellation policy.
7. Access Booking Link
Copy the booking link provided to share with clients.
You can also view the booking link directly from the settings.
