  • Your HaltH invoice (also sent via SMS and email after payment).

  • Qantas membership details and bank account.

Claim via the Qantas Health Insurance member portal

  1. Log in to the Qantas Health Insurance member portal.

  2. Select Submit a claim.

  3. Upload your HaltH invoice.

  4. Click Submit.
