Instructions:
In HPOS, navigate to Home > My Details > My Provider Numbers > My Provider number details
Press the CMD/CTRL and P keys on your keyboard at the same time and a print dialogue box will pop up
Under More Settings tick Print Headers and Footers (this will generate the current date and time on the PDF)
Under Destination select Save to PDF
Layout: Landscape (in case your provider number gets cut off)
