Gap payments are paid out separately from health fund and government payments.
When a transaction is processed, the different payment types follow different settlement timelines:
Gap payments: settled 2 business days after the transaction takes place.
Health fund payments: settled 1 business day after the transaction takes place.
Government payments: paid out separately from the other payment types, according to the applicable settlement process.
This means you may see gap payments appear later than health fund payments, even when they were included in the same transaction. Each payment type is handled independently to ensure accurate processing and settlement.
If you would like to change or view what bank account the payouts are being sent to, head to Settings and select Payouts. From there, you'll be able to see your current bank account details and add or update your bank account at any time.
