Add HaltH bookings to your website

Add a Book now button or embed the HaltH booking form on your website.

Let clients book with you straight from your website. There are two ways to do it, and both take a few minutes.

  • Option 1: Booking link. Add a Book now button that takes clients to your HaltH booking page. It's the quickest option, works with any website and needs no code.

  • Option 2: Website embed. Put the HaltH booking form on a page of your website, so clients book without leaving your site. You or your web developer add a small piece of code.

Running Google Ads? Google Ads and Google Tag Manager conversion tracking doesn't work through the embedded booking form. Send ad traffic straight to your booking link instead (Option 1). Track HaltH bookings in Google Tag Manager and Google Ads

Option 1: Add a booking link

Step 1: Copy your booking link

  1. In HaltH, select Bookings in the menu on the left.

  2. On Your booking link, select Copy link.

To check the page first, open Your booking link and select the open icon next to the address. You can also use a custom link, or a provider or location link, in the same way.

Step 2: Add the link to your website

  1. Open your website editor and go to the page where you want clients to book. Your home page and contact page are good places to start.

  2. Add a button, or edit an existing one, and label it something clear like Book now.

  3. Paste your HaltH booking link as the button's link.

  4. Save and publish your changes.

When a client selects the button, they go straight to your HaltH booking page to choose a time and book.

More ways to share your link

On Bookings, select Share on any link to open Share booking link:

  • QR code: select Download PNG for posters, flyers and your front desk.

  • Embed code: the code for Option 2 below.

  • AI prompt: copy a ready-made prompt for an AI website builder. It asks the builder to point every booking button on your site to your HaltH link and add a booking page.

  • Email developer: enter your developer's email address, then select Open email to send the instructions from your own email, or Copy email content.

You can use your link anywhere, not just your website. Try your Google Business profile, Instagram bio, Facebook page or email signature.

Option 2: Embed HaltH on your website

Step 1: Get your embed code

  1. In HaltH, select Bookings, then Settings (top right).

  2. Open Website Embed.

  3. Choose a tab:

    • Embed code: copy the code to add it to your website yourself.

    • Send to developer: select Email to developer, enter their email address and select Send email. HaltH emails the installation instructions on your behalf, including a booking link for each of your locations.

Not sure who to send it to? Select Request help from HaltH on the Send to developer tab to chat with us.

To embed a custom link instead, select Share on that link and open the Embed code tab. Your default link's code adds the HaltH booking widget to your page. A custom link's code places the booking form in a frame on the page.

Step 2: Add the code to your website

  1. Open your website editor and go to the page where you want the booking form to appear.

  2. Add an embed or custom HTML block. Most website builders have one, though the name varies.

  3. Paste your HaltH code into the block.

  4. Save and publish your changes.

Clients can now book on that page without leaving your website.

Google Ads and conversion tracking

The embedded booking form runs inside a frame on your page. Your website's Google Tag Manager can't see bookings made in it, and the Google Ads click ID isn't passed through, so ad conversions from an embedded form won't be counted reliably.

If you run ads or track conversions, point your ads straight at your booking link, not at a page with the embedded form. The embedded form can stay on your site for everyone else. Set up Google Tag Manager and Google Ads tracking

Frequently asked questions

Can I use both options?
Yes. For example, embed the booking form on a dedicated Book page and add Book now buttons around the rest of your site that link to it.

Do I need to update my website if I change my services or availability?
No. Your website always shows your latest booking form, so changes in HaltH appear automatically.

Where do I change what clients see when they book?
Go to Bookings, open Your booking link and use the Booking form settings. That's where you set your cancellation policy, whether a payment method is required, and whether prices and client notes show. Your booking link and booking settings

I've added the code, but the booking form isn't showing.
Make sure you've published your website changes, then refresh the page. If it's still not showing, check the code is in an embed or HTML block, not a regular text block. Still stuck? Chat with us and we'll help you sort it out.
