# Provider and location booking links

Find a booking link for each provider and location, or create a custom link for the providers and services you choose.

As well as your main booking link, HaltH gives you a link for each provider and each location. They're handy for team pages, location pages and email signatures, so clients land straight on the right person or clinic.

## Provider booking links

Every provider synced from your practice software has a personal booking link. You can copy it from two places.

### From the Team table

1.  Select **Settings** in the menu on the left, then the **Team** tab.
    
2.  Find the provider and copy the link in the **Booking link** column.
    

Only team members who are providers have a booking link. On a small screen the column may be hidden, so use the provider's profile instead.

### From the provider's profile

1.  In **Settings → Team**, select the provider to open their profile.
    
2.  Under their name, copy the **Personal booking link**.
    

## Location booking links

1.  Select **Settings**, then the **Business** tab.
    
2.  Scroll down to **Locations**.
    
3.  Next to the location, copy the **Booking link**.
    

A location only has a booking link if clients can book there. If a location is missing, check it's selected in your practice software connection.

## Custom links for selected providers and services

Need a link for a group of providers, a few services, or a special offer? Create a custom link. Custom links also get their own booking form settings, QR code and embed code.

1.  Select **Bookings**, then **Create link**.
    
2.  **Select locations**. Pick one or more, or leave **All locations** on.
    
3.  **Select services**. Choose the providers at the top (or **All providers**), then the services.
    
4.  **Link details**. Give the link a name and set its booking form options.
    
5.  Select **Create link**.

## Which link should I use?

-   **Main booking link**: your website's main Book now button, Google Business profile and social bios.
    
-   **Provider link**: a provider's bio page or email signature.
    
-   **Location link**: a clinic's own page on your website, or its Google Business profile.
    
-   **Custom link**: campaigns, new client offers, or anywhere you want a set mix of providers and services.
