HaltH pays the money you collect into your business's bank account. You can't change this account yourself in HaltH yet, so our support team updates it for you.
Before you start
Use the account owner's email. For your security, we only change bank details when the request comes from the owner of the HaltH account.
Have your new BSB and account number ready.
1. Email our support team
From the account owner's email address, write to [email protected].
Include your business's trading name, and the new BSB and account number.
2. Check your payouts
To see the payouts HaltH has made to your bank account, go to Transactions → Payouts. After your bank details change, check the next payout lands in the new account.
