Add a Payment or Funding method

Learn how to add payment or funding methods to a client's HaltH account by accessing their booking and entering the required details.

Steps to Add a Payment Method or Funding Method

1. Log in to Your Provider Account

  • Access the HaltH platform and log in using your provider credentials.

2. Navigate to the Client's Booking

You can access the client’s booking from two locations:

  • Home Page:

    • On the dashboard, locate the client’s booking under "Your latest appointments to complete".

  • Clients Page:

    • Go to the Clients section.

    • Search for the client by name or ID, then click on their profile to view their bookings.

    • Select the relevant booking to open the details.

3. Add a Payment Method

  • Within the client’s booking details, locate the Payment Method section.

  • Click on the + Payment Method button.

  • Enter the following card details:

    • Cardholder Name: The name on the client’s card.

    • Card Number: The 16-digit number on the front of the card.

    • Expiration Date: The month and year the card expires.

    • CVV: The 3-digit security code on the back of the card.

  • Click Confirm to save the payment method.

4. Add a Funding Method

  • Within the client’s booking details, locate the Funding Method section.

  • Click on the + Funding Method button.

  • Enter the following health fund details:

    • Health Fund Provider: Select the client’s health fund from the dropdown menu.

    • Membership Number: Enter the client’s health fund membership number.

    • Reference Number (if applicable): Add any additional reference numbers if required.

  • Click Confirm to save the funding method.


Additional Notes

  • Security: HaltH uses industry-standard encryption to protect all payment and funding information.

  • Client Authorization: Ensure you have the client’s consent before adding their payment or funding details.

  • Editing or Removing Methods: You can update or remove payment or funding methods from the same sections in the client’s booking.


Troubleshooting

  • Payment or Funding Method Not Saving: Ensure all fields are filled out correctly and that the details are valid.

  • Error Messages: If you encounter an error, refresh the page and try again. If the issue persists, contact HaltH Support.
