Enabling Location Services

This guide will walk you through the steps to enable location services for Safari, Chrome, and Edge.

Safari (Mac & iOS)

Mac (macOS)

  1. Open Safari and go to business.halth.com.

  2. Click Safari in the top menu and select Settings (or Preferences).

  3. Navigate to the Websites tab.

  4. Select Location from the left-hand menu.

  5. Find business.halth.com in the list and set it to Allow.

  6. If it is not listed, click Ask or Allow for "When visiting other websites."

  7. Restart Safari for the changes to take effect.

iPhone & iPad (iOS)

  1. Open the Settings app.

  2. Scroll down and tap Privacy & Security > Location Services.

  3. Ensure Location Services is On.

  4. Scroll down and select Safari Websites.

  5. Choose While Using the App or Ask Next Time or When I Share.

  6. Open Safari and visit business.halth.com, then grant location permissions when prompted.


Google Chrome (Windows, Mac, Android, iOS)

Mac & Windows

  1. Open Google Chrome and visit business.halth.com.

  2. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner and select Settings.

  3. In the left panel, click Privacy and security.

  4. Select Site settings > Location.

  5. Under Default behavior, select Sites can ask for your location.

  6. Under Customized behaviors, ensure business.halth.com is set to Allow.

  7. Reload the page and grant location access when prompted.

Android

  1. Open Chrome and tap the three-dot menu.

  2. Select Settings > Site settings > Location.

  3. Ensure Location is enabled.

  4. Open business.halth.com and grant access when prompted.

iPhone & iPad (iOS)

  1. Open the Settings app.

  2. Scroll down and tap Chrome.

  3. Tap Location and choose While Using the App.

  4. Open Chrome and visit business.halth.com, then allow location access when prompted.


Microsoft Edge (Windows & Mac)

Windows & Mac

  1. Open Microsoft Edge and visit business.halth.com.

  2. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner and select Settings.

  3. Go to Cookies and site permissions.

  4. Click Location under Site permissions.

  5. Ensure "Ask before accessing" is On.

  6. Find business.halth.com in the list and set it to Allow.

  7. Reload the page and grant location access when prompted.


Troubleshooting Tips

  • Ensure your device’s Location Services is turned on in the system settings.

  • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies if the location prompt does not appear.

  • Restart your browser or device after making changes.

  • If location services still do not work, check for system updates or try a different browser.
