Onboarding Providers for Funding

Step 1: Navigate to Settings

  • Start by accessing the main dashboard.

  • Click on the Settings option to proceed.

Step 2: Select Team

  • Within the Settings menu, choose the Team option.

  • This section displays all providers synced from your PMS.

Step 3: Register a Provider

  • Identify the provider you wish to register.

  • Click in to their profile

Step 4: Update Provider Details

  • Enter all of your provider details - ensuring they match your medicare letter

  • For every location you practice at, upload your medicare registration letter and fill in your provider details

Required Documentation by Provider Type

  • Allied Health:
    Submit a Medicare Australia Provider Letter or HPOS Medicare Registration Status printout with visible date/time stamp.
    Use PRIVATE billing Medicare number if applicable.

  • GPs & Nurse Practitioners:
    No documentation required.

  • Other Providers (Acupuncturists, Counsellors, Myotherapists & Remedial Massage Therapists):
    Submit a Medibank Private Provider Letter for the practice AND a current Certificate of Registration from your professional association.


Step 5: Invite a Provider

  • Enter your providers contact details to invite them to join your organisation on HaltH and complete their own provider registration.

  • They can then go through the same process of updating their own details
