Step 1: Navigate to Settings
Start by accessing the main dashboard.
Click on the Settings option to proceed.
Step 2: Select Team
Within the Settings menu, choose the Team option.
This section displays all providers synced from your PMS.
Step 3: Register a Provider
Identify the provider you wish to register.
Step 4: Update Provider Details
As the organisation owner, manually enter all relevant details for the provider to register them for funding.
Alternatively, you can:
Update the provider's details as needed.
Invite the provider to set up and onboard themselves.
Required Documentation by Provider Type
Allied Health:
Submit a Medicare Australia Provider Letter or HPOS Medicare Registration Status printout with visible date/time stamp.
Use PRIVATE billing Medicare number if applicable.GPs & Nurse Practitioners:
No documentation required.Other Providers (Acupuncturists, Counsellors, Myotherapists & Remedial Massage Therapists):
Submit a Medibank Private Provider Letter for the practice AND a current Certificate of Registration from your professional association.
Step 5: Invite the Provider
Enter your providers contact details to invite them to join your organisation on HaltH and complete their own provider registration.
