How to Reverse a Transaction

Please note, transactions involving Health Funding can only be reversed on the same day as the appointment took place.

Step 1: Access Transactions

  • Navigate to the Transactions section.

  • Locate the specific transaction you wish to reverse (e.g., Testing Pete).


​Step 2: Initiate the Reverse Process

  • Click on the three dots located on the right-hand side of the transaction.

  • Select the 'Reverse' option.

  • Confirm the reversal by clicking 'Yes, I want to reverse this transaction.'


​Step 3: Collect Confirmation Code

  • A confirmation code will be sent to the client whose transaction is being reversed.

  • Ensure to collect this code from the client to proceed.


​Step 4: View Transaction Details (Optional)

  • If you want to see full details of the transaction, select the drop-down menu for more information.


​Step 5: Complete the Reversal

  • Enter the confirmation code received from the client.

  • The transaction will be reversed, and the status will update to 'reversed.'
