Registrations
Private health registration: usually 1–2 business days. HaltH's team reviews your provider number and registration letter for each location. You'll see Pending approval until it's done, and you'll be notified once you're approved. Register for private health claiming
Medicare and DVA registration: usually 5 business days, but it can take up to 10. This is a separate process from the private health review. HaltH is not the one to process this, and the one form (HW027) covers both Medicare and DVA. Medicare onboarding with HaltH
Payouts to your bank account
Client payments (cards, Tap to Pay, payment links, gap payments): 2 business days. Funds are paid out daily, arriving 2 business days after each payment.
Private health fund payments: 1 business day after the transaction. These are paid separately from client payments, so they can arrive before the gap from the same transaction.
See every payout and the transactions in it under Transactions → Payouts. If your client payments add up to less than about $2, they carry over to the next payout. When do I receive payouts
Government claims
Medicare rebate: up to 5 business days. The client pays the full fee, and Medicare pays the rebate into the client's bank account.
DVA claims: about 2 business days. Once DVA accepts the claim, it's processed within about 2 business days and paid to your registered bank account. DVA claiming with HaltH
