Claim from a fund that isn't connected to HaltH yet

If your health fund isn't connected to HaltH yet, your practice can't claim it for you on the spot. You pay the full fee, then claim the benefit back from your fund yourself. It only takes a few minutes.

How to claim

1. Get your HaltH receipt. It's in the email and SMS HaltH sent after you paid, and in the HaltH app. Select Download invoice to save a copy.

2. Check it shows what your fund needs. Your receipt includes the Provider Number and the Item code for each service.

3. Submit it through your fund's app or member portal. Look for an option like Make a claim or Submit a claim, then upload your receipt.

Your fund pays the benefit into the bank account it has on file for you.
